I’m normally not a person who writes reviews, but the experience I had with Peoples Bank was so wonderful that I had to share. After being discharged from bankruptcy, I did not think I would have a chance of being approved for a home refinance loan. I especially never thought a traditional bank would even consider us for a loan. I received a letter in the mail from Peoples Bank stating they could help me lower my house payments. I decided to go out on a limb and give them a call. I was so surprised when my Loan Officer, Danny Messier, stated he could help me qualify for a refinance loan. I was skeptical because of our previous experience with our old loan company. I went ahead and gave Danny the documents he and his team members requested. Danny delivered on his promise and my loan closed in less than 60 days from my initial consultation.
Danny Messier and Ann Shafer both worked hard to put me back on the road to financial success. If you are dealing with financial issues and are unsure if you could qualify for a loan, please give Peoples Bank a call. The Loan Officers will be upfront with you on what they can and cannot do. I was able to complete the entire process online, including submitting signed documents. When it was time to sign my closing documents, Peoples Bank sent a Notary to my home. I did not have to go out of my way whatsoever. The entire company had great customer service. Danny Messier and Ann Shafer are the real deal. I look forward to doing business with Peoples Bank in the future and I will be referring my family and friends. Peoples Bank has the same interstate rates and terms as the big banks, but have a family orientated feel. The experience has truly been a blessing to me.
