This all began with a flyer from Peoples Bank in the mail. Normally, I discard solicitation letters, but for some reason, I decided to read this particular one. The result of reading the letter is more than I could have asked for. In addition to obtaining a refinance, I’ve replaced my old lender, restored my credit, and most importantly; I have restored my good name. I’m very thankful that Tom Del Monaco and Joe Del Monaco worked through the obstacles I faced throughout the loan process. We began a lengthy, but rewarding process where a number of issues regarding my credit history had to be corrected. Tom found many erroneous items in my credit reports and worked tirelessly to correct them. Eventually, the task of obtaining a lender fell to Joe Del Monaco. Here the problem was a mountain of paperwork and verification. The duration of the process was seemingly endless, and there were moments when I wanted to forget the idea. But Tom and Joe were reassuring that together we could get this refinance done, and I trusted them. In the end they came through for me. They restored my good name, improved my credit scores, eliminated bad information, and freed me from a very poor mortgage servicing provider. It’s as if I resurfaced from a deep pool where I can breath again, and feel whole again. It’s a wonderful feeling.
