I’m normally not a person to write reviews, but I want to share the experience I had working with Peoples Bank. We had recently come out of bankruptcy and no traditional banks would consider us for a loan. We received a letter in the mail from Peoples Bank stating that they could help us. I was discouraged and didn’t want to pursue it, but my husband decided to go out on a limb and give them a call. To our surprise, the Loan Officer stated that he could help us get a home. We weren’t convinced, but we went along with him. I will tell you that he delivered on his promise. We ended up closing on our home about 60 days after we started the process. I thank God for Peoples Bank as they helped to put us back on the road to home ownership. Most importantly, Peoples Bank delivered on the promise that they could help us. If you are dealing with financial issues and you do not think it’s possible to purchase a home, please give them a call. They will be upfront with you on what they can and can not do. I look forward to doing business with them in the future, and I will be referring family and friends to them. Peoples Bank offers the same terms and interest rates that big banks advertise. However, they have a family oriented feel that has truly been a blessing to me and my family. Peoples Bank is an awesome company, and words can’t express how they have made us whole.
